A scratched crystal and a cracked crystal are different jobs
Some acrylic scratches can be polished. Deep cracks, chips and mineral or sapphire damage generally require replacement.
Upgrades are possible on some watches
Owners sometimes choose sapphire or another aftermarket option when a direct-fit part exists. We evaluate fit and appearance rather than assuming every upgrade is appropriate.
Diver and sport watches need sealing attention
Crystal gaskets and case condition are part of the water-resistance system. A new crystal alone does not recreate a factory rating.
Vintage fit can be unusual
Older acrylic crystals may use tension rings or case profiles that require careful measurement and sourcing.
