Battery changes are easy to find. Movement work, vintage repair, crown and crystal work, and repairs on everyday brands can be harder. Mailing the watch lets it come directly to the repair bench.
What we commonly receive
Common mail-in repairs include mechanical service, movement problems, solar and Eco-Drive faults, crystals, crowns, stems, vintage watches and watches that need more than a simple battery change.
Shipping is already handled
Start with the online repair form. We review the request and share preliminary guidance where possible. After acceptance, use our email link to provide your shipping address and watch value. We then email your prepaid, insured inbound label and packing instructions.
What happens when it arrives
When the watch arrives, we document it, inspect it at the bench, and send you the recommended repair and price. Nothing is repaired until you approve the estimate.
