How information submitted through Watch Repair Anywhere is used and stored.
Information you provide
When you submit a repair request, trade inquiry or contact form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, watch brand/model, repair description, service history, approximate value range and photographs you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate repair requests, communicate estimates and repair status, maintain service and warranty records, prevent fraud or spam and operate the business.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Netlify, and Netlify Forms processes website submissions. Business email and customer communication may be handled through Google Workspace. Payment, shipping, analytics or customer-management providers may be added as the business develops; this policy will be updated when those tools materially change how customer information is handled.
Photos and repair records
Watch photographs and repair records may be retained when reasonably useful for diagnosis, warranty history, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or future service. We do not promise permanent storage of uploaded photos.
Marketing
We do not sell customer information. A repair request does not automatically enroll you in unrelated promotional email.
Security
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. We use commercially reasonable account and service controls and limit customer information to systems used to operate the repair process.
