Standard workmanship coverage
Unless a different term is stated on the written estimate or invoice, complete movement services and complete movement replacements are covered for 12 months from return shipment against defects in the workmanship performed by Watch Repair Anywhere. Minor repairs and individual component replacements are covered for 90 days against defects in the specific work performed.
What a covered claim means
If the same problem results from our workmanship, or a part supplied by us fails within the applicable warranty period, contact us before another shop opens the watch. We will evaluate the claim and, when covered, correct the warranted work without an additional labor charge.
What is not covered
- Impact, drops, abuse, fire, theft or external damage after return.
- Water intrusion unless a specific tested water-resistance commitment was stated in writing.
- Magnetism or environmental exposure after service.
- Normal wear or unrelated components that were not part of the repair.
- Vintage parts or customer-supplied components whose limitations were disclosed.
- Work altered, opened or repaired by another party after our service.
Water resistance
Original factory ratings are not automatically restored or guaranteed by an ordinary repair. Any water-resistance statement must be based on the condition of the case and testing actually performed after service.
How to make a warranty claim
Email repairs@watchrepairanywhere.com with the repair number, a description of the problem and any useful photos or timing information. Do not ship the watch until you receive return instructions.
