Nationwide mail-in workflow

From your wrist
to the bench.

A mail-in repair company has to make custody, communication and approval easy to understand. This is the basic path every repair follows.

Start with photos — screen the job before shipping
Physical inspection — final scope comes from the watch
Approval first — no surprise billable repair work

Submit the watch online

Send the brand, model/reference if known, symptoms, repair history and clear photos. You do not need to know the diagnosis.

We screen the repair

We review whether the job appears to fit the current repair scope and whether shipping the watch is sensible.

You receive current shipping instructions

Do not mail the watch before review. Packing, tracking, declared value and any special instructions depend on the job.

We document intake

When the watch arrives, its visible condition and identifying information are recorded before repair work begins.

The watch is physically inspected

The movement, case and reported symptoms are evaluated. Hidden damage or parts needs can change the scope from the preliminary review.

You receive the estimate

The proposed work and price are sent for approval. No billable repair work begins without authorization, except any diagnostic fee specifically disclosed in advance.

Repair and quality control

The approved work is completed. The checks performed depend on the repair: function, setting, timing, power reserve, calendar, charging, case operation or other relevant tests.

Payment and return

After payment, the watch is packaged and returned using the method stated on the repair paperwork. Tracking is provided for the return shipment.

If the estimate is declined

The watch is returned without the proposed repair. Return shipping and any diagnostic fee disclosed beforehand remain due.

If more damage is found

Additional billable work requires additional approval rather than being quietly added to the invoice.

If the repair is not a fit

We would rather decline or refer a job than experiment on a watch outside our current repair scope.
