A national intake model lets the watch reach a bench that actually wants to work on older Seiko rather than depending on whichever local shop happens to be nearby.
How the mail-in process works
Submit the watch details and photos first. If the repair appears appropriate, we provide current shipping instructions. Final scope and price follow physical inspection, and billable repair work begins only after authorization under the service terms.
