Swiss movement families are often serviceable
Many conventional quartz and mechanical problems can be approached by identifying the movement first, then choosing service, repair or replacement based on condition.
Sport-watch cases deserve attention
Crowns, tubes, pushers, crystals and seals can matter as much as the movement on field, dive and chronograph models.
Chronograph symptoms should be specific
Tell us whether the chronograph starts, stops and resets correctly, whether any hand is misaligned and whether the pushers feel normal.
Water resistance is verified, not assumed
A repair does not automatically restore the original factory rating. Any post-service water-resistance statement depends on case condition and actual testing.
What to send us
Include the model or reference if known, a clear front and caseback photo, the exact symptoms and any recent battery change, impact, moisture exposure or previous repair. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll email your prepaid, insured shipping label and packing instructions.
