When regulation makes sense
If the movement is healthy, amplitude is appropriate and the watch is simply out of adjustment, regulation may be enough.
When it does not
Low amplitude, dirty or dried lubrication, wear, contamination, impact damage and erratic positional behavior are not repaired by moving a regulator.
Why online diagnosis has limits
A phone timing app or daily-rate observation is useful but does not show the entire movement condition.
Our goal is not to overservice
A scalable repair company should not sell a complete service when a healthy watch only needs adjustment—but it also should not disguise a sick movement with a temporary rate tweak.
How the mail-in process works
Submit the watch details and photos first. If the repair appears appropriate, we provide current shipping instructions. Final scope and price follow physical inspection, and billable repair work begins only after authorization under the service terms.
