Dial and case care
Many Presage models have decorative dials and polished case surfaces. Cosmetic handling should be deliberate and limited to authorized work.
Mechanical complaints
Rate, reserve, winding and stopped movement issues are handled through the same diagnostic principle: determine movement condition before deciding between adjustment, targeted repair and service.
Mail-in is a strong fit
Presage owners are often enthusiasts willing to maintain the watch but may not have an independent watchmaker nearby who is comfortable with the caliber.
How the mail-in process works
Submit the watch details and photos first. If the repair appears appropriate, we provide current shipping instructions. Final scope and price follow physical inspection, and billable repair work begins only after authorization under the service terms.
