Charging history is diagnostic information
Tell us how long the watch was stored, what type of light it received and whether it briefly runs after charging. That pattern can help distinguish deep discharge from a persistent fault.
Cells are not the only possible failure
Charging circuitry, movement components, corrosion, hand interference and other faults can produce a watch that appears to have a simple power problem.
Model and caliber matter
Eco-Drive covers many movements and complications. The caseback or model information and clear photos help identify what the watch actually uses.

Submit the brand, model or reference if known, symptoms, service history and clear photos before shipping. We use that information for a preliminary review. Final diagnosis and pricing require physical inspection.
