For Eco-Drive, describe how you’ve charged it and how long it runs. We evaluate the power system and movement before recommending a repair.

Running incorrectly

Tell us about stopping, inaccurate time, unusual hand movement or problems setting the watch. Include the caliber or caseback number if you know it.

Crystal, crown or case damage

Send the model and a photo if available. Replacement parts and repair options depend on the watch; we confirm suitability before the work.

Send your watch details.

Tell us the symptoms and any model details or previous diagnosis you have. Photos are optional. We review the request and share preliminary guidance where possible before accepting the watch.

Use the label we provide.

After acceptance, use the link in our email to provide your shipping address and watch value. We then email a prepaid, insured inbound label and packing instructions. Ship within 10 days of receiving the label.

Approve the final quote.

We inspect the watch and explain the proposed work and price. Repairs begin after you approve the final quote.

Professional repair of your complete watch

This request is for sending your watch to our bench for diagnosis and repair. You do not need to identify a failed part. If you have already had it assessed, include those findings with the symptoms.

Eco-Drive diagnosis and repair are quoted for the specific watch. Our general service guide lists crystal and crown/stem repairs from $95, but the final price depends on the work and parts required. Any preliminary estimate is subject to inspection and your approval.

Eco-Drive stores energy from light in a rechargeable power system. A watch that stops does not automatically need the same service as conventional battery quartz. Charging history and movement behavior help us identify what to check.
